Breakfasts are prepared by Miguel and include traditional Mexican meals such as chilaquiles, sopes, and eggs smothered in his homemade red sauce.

For those preferring more traditional meals, Miguel will serve foods such as bacon and eggs, hotcakes, or bagels. Breakfasts will always include fresh orange juice and a fruit plate.

A small kitchenette with microwave and hot plate enables our guests to stay on the property and prepare their own small meals (or reheat leftovers).
